Design notes:

This lengthy volume breaks down into five sections, the first two sections deal with the history and emergence of the offshore world, and the subsequent three deal with different aspects of the offshore financial system as it exists today. Design references for the book were largely drawn from finance industry documents and publications dating from the 1980s ‘golden age’ of offshore practices, with diagrams of financial structures, schemes, and practices appearing every ten pages throughout the book as a sort of thematic spine even as the other elements change.
